To make matters worse, State Farm is refusing to handle my claim properly and is pushing for a completely unacceptable and hideous repair that no reasonable homeowner would agree to. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to pay for insurance coverage only to be ignored when you actually need help. I was passed off to multiple adjusters, making it difficult to communicate and constantly having to go over my claim. This experience has completely eroded my trust in both this agent and State Farm."
